Report to: Accounting Manager
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.AR accounting treatment 70%
?Responsible for daily AR processing work in an accurate and timely manner.(CN & HK)
a. Receive the remittance from bank, communicate with customers regarding their account status and make subsequent collection of payments and process cash application in SAP
b. Filing the vouchers according to AR policy.
c. Check payment plan & Cash discount of customers
?Ensure that Bank Statement Overview amount is consistent with AR reconciliation on a daily basis.
?Verify that AR entries have been completed in accordance to Month-end Closing Schedule.
?According to the company credit policy and AR transactions decide the cash discount charge.
?Keep good communicate with credit & sales team and keep good relationship with customers
2. Reporting 20%
Execute timely reporting and related analysis to enhance visibility to AR. Examples are:
?AR daily / monthly collection summary report
?Credit & cash customers cash discount report and analysis
?Monthly review and check customer account and prepare the AR statement report
?Daily/Monthly AR and bank reconciliation
?Monthly rebate summary report
3. Others 10%
?Submit the payment requisitions of expense from Taicang office to AP team, update registration form.
?Create credit/debit memo of rebate / employee discount / sample sales in system
?Support to internal control and statutory auditor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
?Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields
?Have general knowledge under the US GAAP and China tax laws.
?3-5 years related experience in consumer products or manufacturing multinational corporations.
?Effective communication skills in both written and verbal Chinese and English
?CPA candidate or qualification is preferred
?SAP experience is a plus
