本職位的核心工作是支持Plansee在中國的新產品工藝開發工作；新產品的應用行業集中在半導體、醫療、消費電子、通信、電力和新能源等。工作職責： 1.Involved in Project Development activities, conduct development job to support project run smoothly 參與項目開發，完成項目中的工藝研發工作以支持項目的正常進行 2.Conduct tests and trials for process, material, technology projects 進行生產工藝及加工材料過程中的實驗和測試工作 3.Self-sufficient working on tasks and report generation for presentation and ****uation 獨立完成任務，并制作產品和評估報告 4.Preparation of standards, specifications and transfer to production 制定產品標準和規格并向生產部轉移 5.Support controlling and administration of projects in department 支持部門內的預算管控和行政工作 6.Reports of results and decision items to Head of Development 及時與上級領導溝通工作進度和結果 任職要求：1.University degree (e.g. bachelor, …), Metallurgy, Materials **** 本科以上學歷，冶金、金屬材料類專業背景 2.Chinese as mother language, very good English skills 熟練掌握中英文 3.Proactivity and good administrative capability 積極主動，具有較強的自我管理能力 4.Good at Project management 較好的項目管理能力
