職位描述
職位信息1、負責編寫產品工藝，編制作業指導書；2、負責產品生產工藝流程、工藝標準的制定與實施，分析、解決現場工藝問題；3、負責對產品進行新材料、新工藝、新技術的應用4、分析解決客戶投訴的產品質量問題，制定、實施糾正和預防措施；5、產線生產中的不良分析，提出流程改善、設備改善、環境改善、治工具改善對策6、生產過程中材損及制損判定及時反饋給相關單位7、試產跟蹤及過程控制，產出試產報告及標準工時表8、協助產線組長指導產線員工執行標準作業9、治工具的設計與改善任職要求：1、有3年以上電子產品研發、工藝、生產、品質等相關經驗；2、掌握常用的工藝工程方法與工具，熟悉生產工藝、產品性能、產品結構。能夠獨立對異常進行分析并提出有效的改進方法；3、有較強的獨立分析問題、解決問題的能力，良好的溝通能力，有團隊精神，執行力強，工作認真細致，責任心強。
