職位描述
崗位職責：-負責光纖通訊綜合布線和光器件產品的開發與導入管理，包括但不限于光纜、跳線、組件等；-產品開發與導入過程管理，如產品規格分解、BOM、物料確認、工藝及夾具評估等；-主導完成新產品樣品制作及相關驗證；任職要求：-?？萍耙陨蠈W歷，熟練運用辦公或相關設計軟件；-兩年以上光無源產品開發或制程等相關經驗，熟悉各類光纖跳線、光纜、光器件等產品的工藝、基本結構與參數，了解GR326、GR1435或IEC相關標準；-良好的組織溝通協調能力，高度的責任心和團隊精神；
