崗位職責：-建立健全公司財務管控體系，統籌負責公司的財務管理和財務風險預控等工作；-制定公司財務計劃、財務預算以及成本管控等政策制度，有效監督檢查公司財務制度、預算的執行情況，日常的會計核算；-負責定期提交財務分析報告，提出系統和結構化的財務數據偏差分析，為公司的經營和管理決策提供實質性的參考依據和具體合理化建議；-負責資金運作管理工作，籌集公司運營所需資金，協助決策層編制、審定每項融資計劃和方案，并組織督導實施到位；-掌握國家、地方財政稅務相關法規及稅收優惠政策，負責協調與稅務、銀行、審計、投資公司等機構的公共關系，對公司稅收進行整體籌劃與管理，組織完成年度審計工作及年檢事宜；任職要求：-統招本科及以上學歷，財務、金融類相關專業，中級會計師以上職稱，其中不少于5年及以上制造企業財務管理經驗；-具有豐富的財務管理、成本管控、資金籌劃、融資及資本運作經驗；-具有良好的職業操守和職業道德，較強的工作熱情和事業心；-工作細致、嚴謹，并具有一定的戰略前瞻性思維，能嚴守公司保密制度；-具備高度的責任心、職業精神及團隊領導能力；-具有較強的判斷和決策能力、邏輯分析能力、人際溝通和協調能力、計劃與執行能力。本崗位工作地點（子公司龍崗和總部寶安各工作半個月）：深圳市龍崗區坪地街道高橋社區教育北路49號麻沙旭達高新產業園1棟601深圳蘅添達信息技術有限公司（近地鐵3號線白石塘站）深圳市寶安區留仙三路2號鴻輝科技園4棟5樓蘅東光通訊技術（深圳）股份有限公司(近地鐵5號線興東站)面試地點：深圳市寶安區留仙三路2號鴻輝科技園4棟5樓蘅東光通訊技術（深圳）股份有限公司
