Your goal is to:Act as the primary communication bridge between the China engineering teams, the US team, and our CM partner. Establish a daily build plan and provide clear direction and guidance to meet program and build ****ives.Demonstrate the ability to resolve potential conflicts during the build and serve as the main point of contact for any required or anticipated discussions.Ensure all deliverables are met, shipped according to the given timeline.Collect all critical engineering data to support development activities.Support cross functional teams with resource to meet our build goals.Planning and execution of build events, including material planning and factory readiness.Drive and lead the cross-functional teams to resolve crucial and blocker issues in the build.Drive day-to-day Engineering build activities at vendor’s factory to meet overall program ****ives.Manage and execute DOEs requested from Engineering team.
